When Ron Swartz began this company 40 years ago, Bonnie was by his side providing hands-on support to grow the business. She served as homemaker, encourager, and helpmate for Ron through the years. As their children began taking over more of the business duties, Bonnie graduated to caregiver for her grandchildren.

“I have enjoyed watching the business grow from all the referrals of our happy customers,” Bonnie says. “We have made many friends with our clients and subcontractors over the years and our children and spouses continue to build on these friendships with trust and integrity. They have continued the tradition of making our existing customers, our repeat customers and our new customers satisfied and grateful that they chose Ron Swartz Construction for their project.”

Bonnie enjoys watching her grandchildren grow, reading, spending time at her Prescott home, and decorating her home as the seasons change.
