Cindy (Swartz) Christner, Administration/Design Consultant

Cindy has been with Ron Swartz Construction for 29 years. She is responsible for estimating, contracts, project contact, and design coordinator (colors, materials & textures). She prepares and approves contracts to ensure that non-budgeted, but needed, items and labor are available to complete the custom homes on time. She also schedules the Arizona subcontractors and materials suppliers to ensure just-in-time deliveries and to maintain the construction schedule from dig to closing.

In addition to hands-on training from Ron Swartz, she studied Interior Design at Glendale Community College in Glendale, Arizona.

“I love working with the customers, building a relationship with them, and helping them to make their dreams come true,” Cindy says. “As a family business, we have been taught by our father that integrity, honesty and hard work are important to our success. In addition, the special skills of our employees help to make our homes solidly built with the added touches that make each home unique.”

Cindy and husband Ted have three children, Thomas, Anna Marie and Mary Lyn. She enjoys cooking, baking and playing tennis. She is a member of Rotary International and Calvary Community Church.
