Paul Prewzniak, Superintendent
Paul is the company’s “go-to guy,” reflecting the spirit of the company in his diligence, high energy level and capability of building just about anything. His meticulous touches can be seen on all our custom homes. Paul manages projects from trim to completion, coordinating subcontractor scheduling and directing the work on most of our remodels. He orchestrates projects by planning, managing, and seeing them through to completion, with the goal of always surpassing the customer’s expectations.
Paul is responsible for the timely completion of pre-closing walk-through items and works with the Project Managers to ensure that the strict company standards and jobsite conditions are being adhered to continually. Paul assists Design Consultant Cindy (Swartz) Christner daily on follow-through with warranty work.
He goes above and beyond in keeping our company running smoothly, competently tackling any issues that arise in the field. Our customers enjoy working with Paul because he quickly addresses any concerns they may have after move-in and can solve just about any problem.
A veteran of 24 years in this industry, Paul has been with the company for 14 years. He enjoys fishing, camping, and kids’ sports. Paul is the father of six children, ranging in age from 2-17 years. The children enjoy sports and are playing competitively. His wife Genever is a homemaker. They attend St Helen’s Catholic Church in Glendale. Paul’s family pets include a turtle and three dogs.
