With 45 years in homebuilding and remodeling, Ron guides the company with an experienced hand, building customer relationships and friendships along with skillfully crafted homes. As the patriarch of this family-operated company, Ron has passed on to his children the high ethical standards that are integral in the everyday business operations.

“The family enjoys working together, and this passes on to our employees, who truly are part of the family and keys to the success of this company,” Ron says. “This family atmosphere extends to our customers as we have developed many friendships throughout years resulting in gratifying referrals. I enjoy watching the creativity of our children and spouses as they work with the customers on the building process and the interior design that will meet their exacting needs.”

Ron serves as consultant and architectural design coordinator for the company. Ron has an engineering background and has been a CAD designer for 24 years. He also taught a course in Estimating at Glendale Community College for 11 years.

Ron has been a contributing member of the West Valley community for decades. His community involvement includes:

• Charter member of the Glendale Kachina Rotary club for 30 years
• Board member of the Friendship Retirement Center (Glencroft)
• Board member of the Peoria Unified School District
• Board member of the Salvation Army.

Ron enjoys building and repairing computers and watching his grandchildren grow. He spends time at his Prescott home where he enjoys designing plans for custom homes.
