Shannon Swartz, Manager

Shannon, who has worked for the company for 12 years, is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, personnel, employee safety training and publicity.

Before joining Ron Swartz Construction, Shannon was the Food & Nutrition Director for a school district.

“Our company is like a family, so we have very little turnover,” Shannon says. “I enjoy working to help our customers maintain their budgetary goals. It’s a pleasure to come to work every day for an ethical company whose goal is to make customers happy.”

Shannon enjoys the role of mother of four, which includes cooking and taxi driver for their sporting events. She still finds time for exercising and church activities.
