Terry Swartz, Finish Project Manager

An accomplished craftsman and skilled homebuilder, Terry has spent his whole life in construction, including 24 years with Ron Swartz Construction. During his career, Terry has gained experience in a broad array of designs and construction techniques that gives him the expertise to supervise the entire scope of homebuilding and remodeling projects from start to finish.

Terry has witnessed many changes in building technologies and methods throughout his career, and he has strived to stay up-to-date on the current trends in the industry to ensure that Ron Swartz Construction delivers the finest quality in every project.

Among the variety of duties Terry performs for the company, he is responsible for plans submittal, permitting, and design of hardscape. Additionally, his efforts include the timely completion of outstanding service requests, coordinating warranty service operations to ensure customer satisfaction, and conducting final construction walkthroughs with customers.

“I enjoy the unique challenge each custom home brings,” Terry says. “It’s rewarding to have the opportunity to help clients visualize their dreams and to draw from many successful years of making clients feel comfortable throughout the process. Every day I try to communicate the Ron Swartz Construction ‘We care’ attitude to all customers and employees through everything I do.”

Terry’s interests include fatherhood, fly fishing and photography.
