We deliver a full range of construction services including referral of drafting and permitting. DESIGN
We offer the service of design.This is included in our contracts providing you a presentation of a color palette, textures and material selection to assist us in the finishes of your home. We are available to meet you at the supply house, and take care of all the ordering of materials and provide our talented subs with drawings to incorporate in the finish product of your new home or remodel. We are able to suggest alternative materials that better meet your budget guidelines, provide lower maintenance and still look great.
BUILDING MAINTENANCE
We are also available to do larger repairs, and maintenance on your existing homes, businesses, condos and apartments. You can set up an appointment with our office.

CINDY CHRISTNER
President & Project Coordinator
Since 1980 Cindy has helped shape the success of our business. Regardless of what is asked of her, she always is available to help keep the company on track. She loves business, sales, and design . Cindy works to please the customers and deeply appreciates her employees. She married Ted in 1981 and they have 3 adult children, and 7 wonderful grandchildren.
TED CHRISTNER
General Superintendent
Ted has been working in housing construction since 1977. He joined the Ron Swartz Construction team in 1984, after Ron pursued him from his family's business. Ted is an anchor for RSC. He coordinates our project schedule, oversees the construction and follows the job from start to finish. Ted strives to listen to our customers and is extremely talented in the construction industry. He is married to Cindy since 1981. He enjoys sports, muscle cars, and his family.
ANNA
Administrative Assistant
This team member is Anna Marie, our daughter, mother of 4 boys and married to Kevin O'Brien who is a partner in the KTO Law Firm (Keist, Thurston, O'Brien) in Glendale. Anna helps to keep us accident free, in charge of our insurance liability, workmen's compensation and is strong in accounting skills. She enjoys bringing life to our office! We couldn’t be happier with our one-of-a-kind Office Manager.
KERRI
Office Manager
Kerri was a paralegal before coming to work with Ron Swartz Construction. She joined our team five years ago and brought to us valuable office experience and skills. Kerri is married to Tracy Swartz and they have 4 children and 1 grandchild. She works diligently and is a faithful employee. I appreciate her contribution to the company and her happy disposition!
RON AND BONNIE SWARTZ
Founders of our Corporation
In 1969 Ron had opportunity to start our company. He built a commercial building in downtown Glendale for a neighbor and a custom home in Thunderbird acres development. We have continued to have opportunity to build homes, casitas, garages and remodel work for 51 years. Ron and Bonnie will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary this year. Ron remains an invaluable resources to our company with his more than 60 years of experience and expertise in construction. Ron and Bonnie have invested into their family and enjoy the large family that surrounds them. Thank you Ron and Bonnie for your love, and instruction on work ethics and managing a business to serve others well.
